Second Tuesdays at NOPA: Intermediate Workflow with Darrell Miller
Tuesday, Sept. 12, 6:30-8:30 PM

In this tech-specific Second Tuesday program, Darrell Miller will focus on intermediate-level workflow and back-up needs specific to photographers.

Miller will address:

>Why you need to be organized (you can’t back up your data if you don’t know where it is)
>Overview of the two primary approaches to organization, one catalog of images vs project catalogs & which approach is right for you
>File structure specific to your organizational approach
>Image import, key words, and image presets
>Backup: applying the industry standard 1-2-3 approach and putting back up into practice based on your needs
>Q&A

Participants should have a working knowledge of workflow and know approximately how much space they are using to store images currently.
