Celebrating the Americana Music Triangle

Opens April 22, 2016

Closes May 1, 2016

“Make voyages. Attempt them. There’s nothing else.”
- Tennessee Williams (Camino Real)

Sitting in an windowless office in New York City I feel as far as one can be from the uniqueness and diversity of the Americana Music Triangle - but in viewing the submissions, I was often brought right down the Gold Record Road. That’s important. What I hope for those viewing the exhibit, is to feel the historical impact of the people, culture and music of the Triangle, and to go on the same journey I did.

~ Juror, Sacha Lecca

The exhibition will be on view at The Grandstand during the 2016 Jazz and Heritage Festival beginning April 22 and running through May 1, 2016
