Chris Lou Photography & Digital ArtMEMBER SINCE 2012 Christine Lentzou and Louie Selzer are owners/partners of Chris Lou Photography.com. They specialize in freelance photography, styling and make-up.
Christine Lentzou Selzer was born in Athens Greece. She spent some of her childhood in a boarding school in Switzerland, and then attended the French Ursuline Nuns School in Athens.
She studied Psychology at the American College Deree in Athens, and subsequently went to London England, where she studied professional make-up for stage, TV, and Film at Greasepaint School of Professional make -up, Ealing Broadway - London. Christine also studied Fine Arts at Croydon College of Arts, including painting, sculpture, printing, photography, black and white film.
She returned to Greece to take over the family business, Lentzos S.A. , a fashion menswear company. She simultaneously free-lanced as a make-up artist, stylist and photographer for stage and musical groups.
Christine’s photography has appeared in magazines in the U.K. and Turkey. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Greek.
Louie is an adjunct professor at Tulane University. He was born in Athens, Greece. He studied photography at the American Community Schools of Athens under the tutelage of master photographer John Demos. Louie studied political science at the University of Maryland, and soon thereafter began a 23 year career as a Special Agent with the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). Louie’s last post with the NCIS was at the U.S. Embassy in Rome. Louie moved back to Athens, where he was the Vice President of Lentzos S.A. Louie speaks English, Italian and Greek.
Louie and Christine moved to New Orleans in January 2011. Louie and Christine will be exhibiting their work at the First Santorini Biennale of Arts in Greece in August 2012.
