The 12 12 Gallery of Richmond, Virginia is accepting entries for its second annual 12 12 Gallery International Juried Photography Exhibition. The postmark and online submission deadline, however, is just one week away. Entrants must submit work by Wednesday, Sept. 15 at 11:59 p.m. The competition is open to all artist, over 18 years of age, who are working with any type of photographic process. The exhibition juror, Dr. Patrick Amsellem, Associate Curator of Photography at the Brooklyn Museum in New York, will award up to $1,000 in cash prizes.
Basic entry procedures are as follows: Entrants may submit up to three images, for which they must pay a non-refundable $25 entry fee. Entrants may submit additional images at a cost of $5 for up to a total of five entries. Work exhibited before at any 12 12 Gallery will be ineligible for entry. The gallery will accept fee payments via PayPal, personal check, or money order mailed to the gallery by the postmark deadline.
