Before and after Katrina shots of Fair Grounds sought

If you have any photographs of the main structure at the Fair Grounds Race Course and Slots of New Orleans, colloquially known as the New Orleans Fair Grounds, an unnamed, major insurance company may be willing to pay you for them. More accurately, it will pay for the right photos.

The insurance company seeks photos of the structure, which includes the grandstand and paddock area, as it existed before Hurricane Katrina in 2005, as well as how it existed in the wake of the storm and flooding. It further seeks photos that show the facility after repair and reconstruction.

If you have such photos, or know of anyone who might have them, please write Jeff Hodnett at cedarframe@gmail.com.
