This is a beautiful and poetic examination of the life of New Orleans’ photographer Clarence John Laughlin. Filled with commentary by photographers, curators and museum directors, excerpts from an interview with Clarence, and stunning cinematography evocative of Lauglin’s style. Many of the themes of of Lauglin’s life work are echoed in the films survey of his career; this is a screening not to be missed!
