ELIZABETH STONE: CJL 2017 Finalist
Greenough, Montana
40 Moons illustrates the last 40 months of my mom’s life. I photographed her daily records, 3,200 pages. The words were written by her caregivers. Each image is a layered representation of a month, blueprints to my mom’s existence as she returns to the stars.
