Exhibit of LSU MFA candidates opens Oct. 4 in Hammond

“One Eye Shut,” an exhibit featuring the work of six MFA candidates from Louisiana State University, will open Friday, Oct. 4 at the Hammond (La.) Regional Arts Center.

An opening reception is set for 5 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 4.

The MFA candidates with exhibited work include: Andrea L. Barbier, Kimberly Jones, Sarah Kolac, Ian C. Minich, Jim Osborne and Randi M. Willett.

The exhibition will run through October 26.

The gallery is located at 217 East Thomas Street in Hammond. Its hours are  are 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
