This is a fundraiser to benefit Ecole Nationale des Arts (ENARTS) and Ballet Folklorique Tamboula d’Haiti, of Port au Prince, Haiti.
In the wake of the earthquake in Haiti, Monique Moss and supporting New Orleans artists have organized this grassroots effort that will directly aid the master teachers and students of the school in rebuilding their lives and the vital function of ENARTS as a center for Arts and Cultural Education and spiritual well-being. Moss has been studying with Peniel and is scheduled to return to Port-au-Prince with Peniel in the up-coming weeks.
We will collect donations at the door starting at $10.00 for the Benefit, $5.00 for the Secondline class, and $10.00 for the Haitian Dance class. We will also accept all other additional donations of food, medicine, clothes, cleaning supplies, etc.
