Wednesday March 31st from 6-10pm there will be a halftone photo demo for those of you interested in screenprinting any photographs, or exploring printing with halftone in general. The demo is 10 bucks plus materials, all proceeds go to NOLA Community Printshop. There will be two demos throughout the evening one at 6:30 and another at 8:30pm.
We will go over the proper way to output your photo for halftone printing with photoshop, resources on where to have your film made, how to treat the screen for finely detailed images i.e. how to clean and coat the screen properly, as well as exposure times on the vacuum table.
