Jessica Lange speaks at the Ogden

The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is excited to be hosting an Artist Discussion with Jessica Lange on Sun., Oct. 4 at 1pm.

She will do a PowerPoint presentation of her photography while discussing her motivation to photograph. Following will be a conversation about what it is like to be in front and behind the camera. A Gallery for Fine Photography owner Joshua Mann Pailet will also be on the panel and Ogden Museum Chief Curator David Houston will be the moderator.

This event is held in collaboration with A Gallery for Fine Photography, which is having a booksigning and reception for Lange on Sat. Oct. 3. The booksigning for her recent book, “50 Photographs by Jessica Lange,” is 1 p.m-2 p.m.; a reception is 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Museum members get in free, but must call no later than Fri. Oct. 2 to reserve a spot; nonmembers are $10, and is first come, first serve.
