I had a forty year career in photography in my hometown of Detroit, Michigan, working in newspaper photography, corporate/industrial, and as a photography instructor at a community college. In 2009 I relocated to New Orleans. In the last fifteen years I have given my attention to street photography and the occasional studio/portrait work. As a saxophonist/guitarist my work very often is about, but not limited to, documenting the local music scene.
