Louisiana Tech seeks applicants for graduate art fellowship

  • by

The Louisiana Tech University School of Art is seeking applicants for a graduate fellowship, including a full tuition waiver and stipend, that will begin in the university’s Fall 2013 quarter.

The department is, more specifically, seeking a candidate who can create art with new technology and promote collaboration of science and engineering with art. Candidates may concentrate in communication (graphic) design, photography or studio (which includes ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture).

In addition to a tuition waiver and stipend, the fellowship will entail an on-campus studio space, as well as annually granted funds for travel and art supplies.

Applications will be accepted through February 1, 2013. For more information about the fellowship, or to begin an application, you may visit the School of Art’s website. Potential candidates may also send inquiries to the department’s graduate coordinator.
