McKenna Museum hosts “Faces of Tremé” for PhotoNOLA

The McKenna Museum of African-American Art, located in New Orleans’ Central City area, will host, “Faces of Tremé,” an exhibition featuring work by Chandra McCormick and Keith Calhoun, beginning Friday, Nov. 30, in connection with the 7th Annual PhotoNOLA festival.

An opening reception will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday at the museum, located at 2003 Carondelet Street in New Orleans. The reception will be free and open the public.

The exhibit will run through January 26, 2013. It is being organized in conjunction with the Crescent City’s L9 Center for the Arts, with partial support from the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation.
