NOPA member Wallace Merritt will have work featured in an upcoming exhibition at the New Orleans Museum of Art, “Residents and Visitors: Twentieth Century Photographs of Louisiana,” which will open on Wed., Sept. 29. The collaborative exhibit is the eighth to draw from the resources of NOMA and the Historic New Orleans Collection.
A preview of the exhibit will be held from 5:30 until 8:30 on Wednesday at NOMA. The photos will be showing at NOMA until February 13, 2011. More information on the show, which will feature more than a hundred photos from dozens of photographers, can be found at the museum’s website.
