Greetings!
I’m about to leave for Portland, Oregon to join 79 incredibly talented photographers at Photolucida’s NW Summer Portfolio Reviews this coming weekend. I’ll also be showing my work at the Portfolio Walk this Saturday, July 26, from 6 to 9 pm on the 2nd floor of the Art Institute of Portland, NW Davis and 11th. If you’re in the area, please stop by and say hello.
One of my photographs was chosen by juror Keith Carter for an exhibition entitled Critters, running at the New Orleans Photo Alliance Gallery, 1111 St. Mary Street, in New Orleans, Louisiana through Saturday.
Two photographs from the Jesus is on the Mainline series, Hell Is Real and Prayer Box, were selected by George Slade, artistic director of the Minnesota Center for Photography, to be in the 2nd annual Coalition of Photographic Arts Juried Exhibition. The show will be held at the Walker’s Point Center for the Arts, 911 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin from September 12 through October 18.
I’m also pleased to announce that Issue 100 of SHOTS Magazine, edited by Russell Joslin, features two of my photographs, Wireless and Judgment. In addition, guest photo editor Aline Smithson has chosen one of my photographs for publication in issue 9 of Light Leaks magazine.
