NOPA is hosting a closing reception for its “Odd Words II” exhibition on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 6-8 p.m. at its gallery in the Crescent City’s Lower Garden District.
The reception will be held in connection with Art for Art’s Sake, a gallery open-house night taking place in the Warehouse District and on and just off Magazine Street (a la the NOPA Gallery in New Orleans.
“Odd Works II” closes Sunday, Oct. 7. The exhibit features work produced via out-of-the-ordinary processes and techniques, and also just odd works, as the title would ordinarily suggest. It began its run at the gallery on September 1.
The Alliance’s gallery is located at 1111 St. Mary Street.
