Photolucida of Portland, Oregon has opened registration for its Portfolio Reviews event, which will take place from April 14th-17th, 2011. Online registration was allowed beginning at 11 a.m. Central Time today and will remain open until the same time tomorrow.
The organization will be running a lottery system to pick participants this year. It will fill 155 available spots at random. Other registrants will be placed on a wait list. For information on expectations for photo quality, the organization suggests that potential entrants check out its Critical Mass Top 50.
Photolucida, much like the New Orleans Photo Alliance, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase the understanding of the world through photography.
