Precise location, in case you need it: 1412 Dauphine is just off Esplanade on the Marigny side of the tracks. My studio is a small mustard-colored cottage on the riverside. Look for a small sign on the right side of the building that reads “RS STUDIO.” The alleyway into the courtyard is just to the right of the sign. Come on in.
