The President shall supervise and conduct the activities and operations of the New Orleans Photo Alliance. He or she shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and shall keep the Board informed concerning the activities of the New Orleans Photo Alliance. He or she may sign, in the name of the New Orleans Photo Alliance, any documents and, as authorized by the Board, any contracts. He or she shall have the authority to establish committees, appoint members to serve on such committees and in particular appoint a Director of Communications, who shall oversee all responsibilities as established by the Board; it is expected that the President will attempt to attain consensus for these actions
