My name is Meg Allison and I work for the Louisiana SPCA as the adoption promotion specialist. The LA/SPCA shelters dogs, cats, and all sorts of other critters that make their way to us. We promote their adoptions by posting their pictures online via our website and other pet promotion sites. Our staff is very dedicated and hard working but we have yet to master the art of taking good animal pictures.
I wanted to ask if your organization or members would be interested in volunteering a few hours to take pictures of our adoptable animals. This could be structured how ever you would like. We are ideally looking for 3-5 people to donate 2-3 hours a week to take pictures. They could partner up with our volunteers who have animal handling experience so they could just focus on the photographs.
