I just came across this best-of series from the Telegraph in the UK. It’s readers travel pics submitted to the newspaper. Some good stuff and worth a look: The Best of The Big Picture
They apparently have competitions with different rounds of selections each week during the year. That’s an awful lot of photos to go through, but they narrowed it down to an impressive online collection.
