This Vice-President shall assist the President and in the absence of the President carry out the functions of that office. He or she shall supervise and conduct the activities of developing financial resources as well as appoint and supervise a Director of Membership, who shall be responsible for maintaining the membership rolls and establishing the volunteer committee; it is expected that the VP of Development will attempt to attain consensus for these actions.
