This Vice-President shall assist the President and in the absence of the VP of Development or President carry out the functions of those offices. He or she shall supervise and conduct the activities of developing exhibitions, educational events, public forums, and exchange programs with other similar institutions, as well as appoint a Gallery Director, who shall be responsible for all activities related to the operation of the exhibition gallery; it is expected that the VP of Programming will attempt to attain consensus for these actions.
